How to get started?

Start With Just 2–3 Essential Oils

Choose gentle, versatile oils to build comfort:

Begin With Inhalation (Safest & Easiest)

For beginners, the safest method is inhalation:

  • Add 2–3 drops in a diffuser.
  • Or add 1 drop on a cotton pad and inhale gently.
  • Or add 2 drops to a bowl of warm water for steam inhalation.

This method avoids skin sensitivities and lets you experience the core benefits clearly.
