Order Cancellation Policy
At Krypa, every product is freshly packed with intention. If you wish to cancel an order, here’s how we handle it:
Cancellation Window:
Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at human@krypa.in with your order ID.Cancellation Fee:
A nominal fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund to cover payment gateway and processing charges.Once Dispatched, No Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse, as we maintain a tight logistics timeline to ensure product freshness and safety.Out-of-Stock Cancellations (Brand-Initiated):
In rare cases where a product is unavailable for over 20 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full to your original payment method. You will be notified via email.Order Changes:
We are unable to make modifications (like address, variant, or quantity changes) once an order is placed. You may cancel within 12 hours and place a new order.
Return & Replacement Policy
We stand by the quality of our blends and your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of wellness products, we follow a strict return hygiene protocol:
Eligible Returns
You can request a return if:
The product was damaged in transit
You received the wrong product
The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition, reported within 24 hours of delivery
Return Process
Email us at human@krypa.in with your order ID, unboxing video/images, and reason for return within 24 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
Once the product is verified at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund (after deducting ₹100 as reverse logistics fee) within 7–10 working days.
Returns Not Accepted For:
Products that are opened, used, or tampered
Fragrance or color dislikes (natural variations in essential oils occur due to seasonal harvest)
Allergy or skin reactions (we strongly recommend a patch test before full use), you can check our Product Usage Guide to make informed decisions
Products damaged due to negligence, improper storage, or incorrect application
Refund Timeline
Refunds (after deductions, if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method once the product is inspected and approved.
Refused/Rejected Deliveries
If you reject the order at delivery and it returns to our warehouse:
Prepaid Orders will be refunded after deducting ₹100 for cancellation and handling.

Our products are handcrafted with care using high-quality essential oils. Since these are personal wellness items, we follow high hygiene standards and a strict no-return policy for used/opened products to ensure safety for all.
