Shipping Policy

At Krypa, we are committed to delivering your wellness essentials with the utmost care, efficiency, and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines our terms for order processing, shipping timelines, delivery coverage, and liability.

1. Order Processing

  • Business Hours: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (excluding public holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order ID and a summary.

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 4–7 business days from the date of order placement, subject to stock availability.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Partners: We work with verified third-party logistics providers including but not limited to Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, and India Post.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 4–5 business days once the order is shipped

    • Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 6–9 business days once the order is shipped

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID and courier partner details will be sent to your registered email and/or phone number.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as public holidays, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen logistics delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (within India):

    • Standard Shipping: ₹90 on orders below ₹1999

    • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1999

  • International Shipping: Currently not available. For B2B export or wholesale queries, please contact: human@krypa.in

4. Delivery Terms

  • Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our warehouse and a reshipment fee may be applicable.

  • Proof of Delivery: Deliveries may require OTP or signature confirmation depending on the delivery location and courier.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Capture clear photos/videos

  • Contact our support team immediately at  within 24 hours of attempted delivery

We will initiate a claim with our logistics partner and resolve the issue as per our Returns & Replacements Policy.

6. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders that are undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept will be marked as "Return to Origin (RTO)." In such cases:

  • Prepaid Orders: A deduction of ₹100 (towards shipping & handling) will be made before initiating the refund

  • COD Orders: Are not accepted at this time (if applicable in future, RTO fees will be applicable)

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform any obligation under this policy if the delay or failure is due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, war, pandemic-related restrictions, strikes, government regulations, or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
