Krypa Wellness Community Guidelines
Krypa Wellness is more than just a workshop space — it is a mindful community built around breath, presence, emotional wellbeing, and human connection.
Whether you’re joining us to relax, heal, reconnect with yourself, improve your sleep, manage stress, or simply explore holistic wellness practices, we want every person to feel safe, welcomed, and supported.
These guidelines help us collectively create a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone.
By participating in any Krypa Wellness workshop, event, or community space, you agree to uphold the following principles.
1. Come As You Are
You do not need to “perform wellness” here.
Krypa is a judgment-free space where people from all backgrounds, experiences, and comfort levels are welcome. Whether you are completely new to breathwork or deeply familiar with wellness practices, your presence is valued equally.
2. Be Kind, Respectful, and Mindful
Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and organizers with empathy and respect.
Everyone arrives carrying different experiences, stressors, emotions, and energy levels. A little softness and kindness can go a long way in creating a safe and restorative environment.
3. Honour Personal Experiences and Boundaries
Breathwork and aromatherapy can feel deeply personal.
Some participants may feel emotional, reflective, energized, or quiet during sessions. Please respect individual comfort levels, emotional boundaries, and personal space at all times.
Participation is always voluntary, and everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.
4. Create a Calm and Grounded Space
To maintain the peaceful nature of the workshop experience, we ask participants to:
• Arrive on time whenever possible
• Keep phones on silent or minimized during sessions
• Avoid loud conversations or disruptions
• Be fully present and mindful during guided practices
Small collective actions help create a deeply calming experience for the entire group.
5. Respect Privacy and Confidentiality
What people share or experience within the workshop space should be treated with care and confidentiality.
Please do not photograph, record, or publicly share another participant’s experience, identity, or personal story without explicit permission.
6. No Harassment or Discrimination
Krypa Wellness has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind.
We are committed to maintaining an inclusive environment regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, appearance, or personal background.
7. Listen to Your Body
Our workshops are intended to support wellbeing, relaxation, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness.
Participants are encouraged to honour their body’s signals throughout the session. You are always welcome to pause, rest, modify practices, or step out briefly if needed.
8. Support the Community Energy
Krypa Wellness grows through shared presence, openness, and positive energy.
Whether it’s offering encouragement, helping someone feel comfortable, showing up with intention, or simply being fully present — every participant contributes to the experience we create together.
9. Reach Out if You Need Support
If you experience or witness behaviour that feels unsafe, inappropriate, or misaligned with these guidelines, please speak with a Krypa Wellness facilitator or organizer privately.
All concerns will be handled thoughtfully, respectfully, and confidentially.
Krypa Wellness reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals whose behaviour negatively affects the emotional safety, comfort, or wellbeing of the group.
Our intention is simple:
To create spaces where people can slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with themselves, and feel a little more grounded than when they arrived.
